Mila Mila (MILA MILA LLC) sends text messages from two toll-free numbers, one for each purpose: 877-847-6452 (877-VIP-MILA) for offers and new arrivals, and 888-852-6452 (888-TLC-MILA) for order updates. Every program is optional, each one has its own consent, and none is ever pre-checked. This page explains what we send, how to join and how to stop.

Customer programs

Mila Mila Offers & New Arrivals: 877-847-6452

Recurring automated marketing texts about offers and new collection launches.

• How to join: check the separate SMS box at checkout. It is never pre-checked, it is not required to purchase, and it is separate from our email sign-up. Our email checkbox does not sign you up for texts.
• Frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
• To stop: reply STOP to any text from 877-847-6452. This stops offers and new arrivals only; it does not stop order updates from 888-852-6452.

The checkout box reads: "By checking this box, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages (offers and new arrivals) from Mila Mila, sent from 877-847-6452 using an automated system, at the mobile number provided, which you confirm is yours. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."

Mila Mila Order Updates: 888-852-6452

Automated texts about your orders: shipping confirmation, delays with a new ship date, and return and refund updates. These texts never include promotions.

• How to join: text ORDER to 888-852-6452. We only text the mobile number you join from. Giving your phone number at checkout does not sign you up.
• Frequency: varies by order, usually 1 to 4 messages per order.
• To stop: reply STOP to any text from 888-852-6452. This stops order updates only; it does not stop offers from 877-847-6452.

The invitation in our order confirmation email reads: "Order updates by text (optional): text ORDER to 888-852-6452 to get automated Mila Mila texts about your orders (shipping, delays, returns) at the number you text from. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Not required to purchase. Terms of Service · Privacy Policy"

For both programs: consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. After you join, your first text confirms your sign-up and explains how to get help or stop.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Replying STOP stops texts only from the number you reply to: STOP to 877-847-6452 stops offers and new arrivals, and STOP to 888-852-6452 stops order updates. You will receive one message confirming it. You can also ask us to stop in your own words, by text or by email to shop@milamila.com, and we will honor it within 10 business days at the latest; if you write to us by email and don't say which program, we will stop both. To receive texts again, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, then text ORDER to 888-852-6452 for order updates or check the SMS box at your next checkout for offers.

Help

Reply HELP to either number for help, or email shop@milamila.com. Our numbers send automated texts only and don't support chat, so please email us with any questions. If you ask us to stop in your own words, by text or by email, we will stop.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By joining, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you use. If you change or give up that number, please first reply STOP from it to each number you joined, or let us know at shop@milamila.com.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in data and consent. Our service providers (Twilio, which delivers our texts, and Shopify, which hosts our store) process your number only to provide these services to us. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of disclosure in our Privacy Policy, including disclosures to business and marketing partners and for Shopify enhanced features; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Internal staff alerts: 888-852-6452

Mila Mila also uses 888-852-6452 to send internal operational alerts to two Mila Mila staff phones: the General Manager's mobile and the official Mila Mila line. Customer phone numbers are never added to this program, and these alerts are never marketing.

• What: an alert when an order has not shipped on time or when a customer requests a return, so our team can act. Each alert includes the order number and the customer's name, in Spanish.
• Consent: each line is added only after its holder (for the official line, a representative of MILA MILA LLC) signs a written consent that names the number, the purpose, the frequency and the STOP and HELP instructions.
• Frequency: varies with orders, typically under 50 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to 888-852-6452 to opt out; it stops all texts from 888-852-6452 to that phone.

• Order delay: "Mila Mila: Hi Ana, your order #1234 is taking longer than we promised. It will ship by Oct 20. To cancel for a full refund, reply to the email we sent you. Reply STOP to opt out."
• Return update: "Mila Mila: Hi Ana, we got your return request for order #1234. The steps are in your email. Reply STOP to opt out."
• Internal staff alert (Spanish, "delayed order"): "Mila Mila: pedido retrasado #1234 - Ana Perez. Responde STOP para darte de baja."
