The Mila Mila VIP Club is our text message club for customers who want to hear from us first. Members receive automated marketing texts from 877-847-6452 (877-VIP-MILA).

What members get

• Early access to new arrivals and collection launches.
• Member-only offers and perks. Each offer has its own conditions, shown in the text that announces it and on our website.
• Up to 4 texts per month.

How to join

Check the "Join the Mila Mila VIP Club by text" box at checkout and enter your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked, and joining is not required to make a purchase. Your first text confirms that you joined and explains how to get help or leave.

How to leave

Reply STOP to any text from 877-847-6452 at any time. This ends your VIP Club texts only; it does not stop order updates from 888-852-6452 if you signed up for them. You can also ask us to stop in your own words, by text or by email to shop@milamila.com, and we will honor it within 10 business days at the latest. Reply HELP for help.

The fine print

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
• Offers are available only for the dates, products and conditions stated in each offer, while supplies last, and cannot be combined with other offers unless the offer says so.
• We may change or end the VIP Club at any time. If we end it, we will let members know by text.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
